David Ware, the man accused of shooting two Tulsa Police officers, is expected in district court Monday afternoon for a formal hearing.
Just last week the Tulsa County DA's Office filed even more charges against him in connection to the alleged shooting.

Investigators said Ware shot officer Aurash Zarkeshan and Sergeant Craig Johnson during a traffic stop in late June.
Sergeant Johnson later died from those injuries.
Police said they discovered after the shooting that Ware had help from an accomplice to get away from the scene.

Over the past few weeks, the loss continues to weigh heavy on the department.

Ware's defense team has asked any video evidence to be turned over.
Court is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
