Former Stillwater Teacher Accused Of Sexual Misconduct Faces New Charge

A Stillwater teacher was arrested in May after being accused of sexual misconduct.

Alberto Morejon was arrested on a complaint of indecent proposals or acts to a child under the age of 18 after a concerned parent brought their concerns to the Stillwater Police Department.

During the course of the investigation, a second victim came forward and claimed Morejon was inappropriate with her.

After speaking with investigators, the Payne County district attorney filed a new charge against Morejon. He is now also accused of forcible sodomy.

The court documents filed this week said the latest victim was a former student of Morejon’s. She said that she would confide in him when at school.

When she was no longer in his class, she said that he began speaking with her through Snapchat.

She said those conversations escalated to being sexual in nature when he allegedly would send her nude photos.

The victim was 16 years old and she said she went to meet Morejon.

She ended up getting in his car where she said he took her to a dark street in the neighborhood so no one could see.

According to court documents, the victim said he forced her to have oral sex.

Morejon is expected to be back in court on July 6. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
