OHP Confirms Motorcyclist Died Of Injuries Sustained In Accident

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirmed that a Custer City man died of injuries he sustained in an accident Saturday night.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirmed a Custer City man died of injuries sustained in an accident Saturday night.

Authorities said Jordan Earls, 37, was traveling northbound on County Road 2330, which is two miles southeast of Custer County, at a high rate of speed.

Earls lost control and overturned the motorcycle. He was transported to Weatherford Regional Hospital and was later transferred to OU Medical Center in critical condition with head and arm injuries.

Earls was pronounced dead at OU Medical Center just before 1 p.m. Sunday.

OHP is investigating the Earls' condition at the time of the accident.
