The office of Judge Ray Elliot has confirmed to News 9 that Deion Reed, a man accused of killing his infant son in 2018, was found not guilty by a jury on one of 3 charges.

The jury deliberated for at least 10 hours into late into the night and debated whether Reed was guilty of two counts of child abuse and one count of first-degree murder.

Jurors found him not guilty on the second child abuse charge, but were hung on the other two charges.
