The Oklahoma State Department of Health announced three drive-thru sites where people who meet a certain criteria can undergo a test for COVID-19 without an appointment between Wednesday and Friday.
In order to be tested, a person must fit these qualifications: They must be 18 years old or older, have not been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days and must be experiencing a fever of greater than 100.4 degrees in addition to a cough or shortness of breath.
Only one specimen is allowed per household.
The three testing sites are at the Woodward County Event Center in Woodward, Western Oklahoma State College in Altus and the Lawton Community Health Center at 3811 West Gore Boulevard in Lawton.
Testing hours are as follows: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Woodward, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Altus and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Lawton.
Tesing is also taking place at the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. via doctor's referral and appointment only.
