The Oklahoma City-County Health Department is offering free online Wellness Classes.

The classes are meant to keep users on track with their weight loss or other health goals while stuck at home. Classes will meet live for one hour a week for eight weeks. The health department says during the class participants will learn how to make healthy food choices and change unhealthy behaviors. The program also provides health screenings to the participants.
