Crews Battle Large Apartment Fire In Norman

Firefighters battled a large apartment fire Thursday in Norman.

This was located at the Emerald Green's apartment complex located in the 2800 block of Dewey Ave.

Heavy smoke and flames were visible as firefighters worked to extinguish the fire.

Multiple agencies responded, including the American Red Cross in order to help the victims displaced. The organization said they are continuing to practice social distancing.

Officials said 16 units at the complex are a total loss. There were no injuries in the fire.
