OSBI May Reopen Nearly 100 Cases With Oklahoma Innocence Project
The OSBI could reopen more than 80 cases potentially, releasing several inmates. The agency is looking at cases where hair found at a crime scene was used to convict someone. Agents are working with District attorneys and the Oklahoma Innocence Project.<br/>
