WAGONER, Okla. (AP) -- Authorities Wednesday arrest the husband of a woman who was found shot to death in her Wagoner home last month.

Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman Jessica Brown says Colbert Shoemaker was arrested on a first-degree murder complaint. He is being transported to the Wagoner County Jail.

Stacy Shoemaker was found dead in her home on April 30th with gunshot wounds to the head and neck. Several items were missing from the home, and authorities initially thought an intruder was responsible for the killing.

Brown says Colbert Shoemaker was arrested Wednesday after an interview with OSBI agents and officials with the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office.
