Tulsa's jail is launching video visitations.

Inmates can use a computer to visit with friends, family, attorneys and ministers, from anywhere in the country.

Video visits are limited to 20 minutes and inmates are billed 50 cents per minute, paid through a PayPal account.

Visitors can log on to www.homewav.com from home with their own webcam or use computers installed in the visitation waiting area at David L. Moss Correctional Facility.
