On Friday the Ruth's Chris Steak House in Ann Arbor announced customer could get a discount on their meal based on the outcome of this past weekend's University of Michigan versus Rutgers game. Michigan won 78-0, and now the restaurant says they’re capping the deal at 50-percent.
