Tulsa City-County Libraries Open For Cooling Stations In Storm Aftermath

All Tulsa City-County Library locations, except the Bixby library, are open on Friday.

Tulsa County residents who are without electricity due to yesterday’s powerful storms are encouraged to come to the library to cool off, recharge cellphones and use free Wi-Fi.
