Tulsa Police are looking for a man they said failed to register as a sex offender. B'Jon Wilburn is this week's Tulsa Most Wanted.

Wilburn is described as a 40-year-old Black male who is 6' tall and 220 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Court records show Wilburn was convicted of second-degree rape, lewd proposal to a child and possession of paraphernalia in 2006.
