Oklahoma lawmakers will vote Tuesday on a bill that would allow pet stores to sell dogs from puppy mills.
Senate Bill 950 would create what's called "The Pet Licensing Act." If passed, cities or towns wouldn't have a say on whether pet stores could sell dogs from puppy mills.
Right now, pet stores can only offer dog adoptions through local agencies.
