A tip led authorities to convicted felon Steven Yocham early Tuesday morning, June 4. Yocham was featured on News On 6's U.S. Marshals Most Wanted segment Monday night.
He's accused of threatening to shoot and kill a Creek County Judge and District Attorney and was considered armed and dangerous. Yocham is from the Bristow area and has family in Okmulgee and Creek County.

Creek County Sheriff's Deputies tried to serve a felony arrest warrant for Yocham at a residence in the area of 17500 S. 273rd W. Ave. near Kellyville. Deputies said Yocham produced a rifle and threatened himself and deputies. He was then shot by a CCSO deputy.
The deputy is on paid administrative leave as the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation investigates the shooting.
