Police continued their search Monday for a man who was caught on tape robbing a pawn shop in Oklahoma City.
The pawn shop, Cash America, said it is the third time the shop has been robbed in the last four months. The Oklahoma City Police Department said it had a surveillance video that caught the robber in broad daylight.
"You can see him on the video walking in," Sgt. Gary Knight of the OKCPD said. "He's armed with a pistol."
The video shows the man pointing the gun at employees and taking them to the back room where he took cash. The man also took three gold rings.
Police said they believe it's the same man that allegedly robbed a Cash America just one block away a month ago.
"You don't get an extremely good look at his face, however you do get a good look at him," Knight said.
The suspect was described as a black male, around 6 foot 3 inches tall.
A spokeswoman for Cash America said the company believes this man is responsible for at least five additional robberies dating back to September 2006.
