OKLAHOMA CITY -- It's been two weeks since someone stole an antique car from a man in Southeast Oklahoma City. It's felt like an eternity to the owner who's spent the better part of his life working on the 1915 Model T.

The closest thing to auto torches at the Diamond Ballroom are the lights manager Jeff Brownen helps adjust, but it was he who helped replace the glow back in Herman Campbell's face; a color beyond the torches of his small workshop.

"It was definitely out of place," Brownen said.

At work Thursday, Jeff found Campbell's lost joy, his 1915 Model T. The one he got in 1946. The one he calls Henry. The one whose distinctive honk and hum is what brings a smile to his face. And it's the one he thought had vanished, stolen, only to be remembered in pictures.

"I didn't think I'd ever see it again," Campbell said.

Having the Model T back in the garage, well, it's a miracle to Campbell who thinks of his car, Henry, as family.

"It kinda grows to you; becomes a part of you," Campbell said.

And like reuniting with old family, there just aren't enough ways to show how you feel.

"I couldn't come up with a word that would be good," Campbell said.

Now police have not found who dumped the car and trailer that was also stolen.

They do have a sketch. If you have any information, call Oklahoma City Police.
