EDMOND, Oklahoma -- A dump truck has caused downed power lines in the Edmond area.
The dump truck's lifted trailer in the back end hit above power lines, causing a power outage in the area, Centennial Blvd. and Kelly Avenue near 33rd Street.
No injuries were reported.
