OKLAHOMA CITY -- A suspect wanted in an early-morning police pursuit was caught Monday at a house in the southeast Oklahoma City.
Officers attempted to stop a car after midnight, but the driver refused to pull over. The driver eventually crashed into a curb, jumped out and ran into a house in the 100 block of S.E. 51st Street.
Officers knocked on the door, but stopped their search when no one answered. They came back to the house a little while later and located the suspect. Police say he tried to run again, but officers took him into custody.
Officers arrested 19-year-old Tyler Stone on complaints of attempting to elude, resisting arrest, and other traffic charges.
