YUKON, Oklahoma -- All lanes of eastbound and westbound Interstate 40 near Garth Brooks Boulevard have reopened following a fiery collision between two semi trucks.

Around 3:00 a.m. Thursday, a semi slammed into the back of another semi in Yukon.  The truck that rear-ended the tractor trailer then burst into flames.  The crash and resulting fire shut down all lanes of I-40 for about three hours.

Firefighters were on the scene within minutes. After crews put out the flames, it took several more hours to clean up the crash scene. Westbound lanes and one eastbound lane reopened around 6 a.m., but the inside lane of eastbound I-40 remained closed while crews removed the wreckage.  It reopened around 9:40 a.m.

No one was hurt in the crash.
