A scorned lover may to be to blame for causing more than $60,000 in damages at a northwest Oklahoma City car dealership.

The suspect is facing two felony charges for vandalizing dozens of cars. The dealership's owner says the woman did it to get back at her ex-boyfriend, who works at the dealership.

Surveillance video caught the suspect in action as she spray painted cars and broke out windows. The next day, police say the vandal came back to do it all again. Police say the suspect is 38-year-old Pelicia Ashley. Police say 36 cars were hit.

"There's nothing we can do," said Hesham Shafik of Motor Fair Auto Center. "I guess [we will] take the profit and put it back into repairs."

Shafik says vandalism at his business is nothing new, but this story is unique. Shafik says the motive was getting back at an ex-boyfriend. Apparently, something went wrong in the relationship between the suspect and an employee.

"[Ashley] actually admitted she did it," Shafik said.

This isn't Ashley's first encounter with police. In 2000, she was convicted of two counts of forgery and possession of a controlled dangerous substance. In 2008, she was convicted of child abuse. In 2010, a DUI was added to her rap sheet.

Police arrested Ashley after she made a third and final trip to the dealership on the second day of her vandalism crime spree.
