Crews Battle House Fire In Del City

Firefighters are battling a house fire in Del City Monday night.

Crews responded to the fire at about 7:30 p.m. Monday, at a home in the 4700 block of S.E. 24th Street in Del City.

According to fire officials, firefighters from Midwest City and Tinker have been called in to help put out the fire due to excessive heat.

The home is vacant, and no injuries have been reported at this time.

Fire officials say their main concern right now is to keep the firefighters hydrated.
