Former OU, OSU Football Players Kick Off Holiday Helpers Gift Drive

The rivalry is already getting started against OU and OSU for Bedlam week.

On Monday, former football players from both schools faced off in a dodge ball game. But it wasn't all about competition.

They helped kick off the 2012 Holiday Helpers Gift Drive. The annual campaign works with the community to bring in donations to the center.

Alumni toured the Children's Center and met with patients.

"It was an amazing sight to see, our children really lit up and that's what you want. We want our children with smiles and just being able to see that interaction with them and the players having a good time," Melissa Richey said.

At 6 p.m. on Monday, there's an autograph and picture session at Rococo's restaurant. All proceeds go to the Children's Center.
