OKLAHOMA CITY -- A Christmas snow storm is still in the forecast for Oklahoma. Currently the storm is taking shape out over the north Pacific.
It is more than 2,200 miles away, which means there are important details yet to be answered about the track, timing, and intensity of the storm. Right now Oklahomans should be aware of the potential for accumulating snow and howling winds Tuesday evening into Wednesday.
Highs both Tuesday and Wednesday will likely be in the upper 20s and low 30s with wind chill values in the teens most of the day. This storm could disrupt travel across the state as well as commerce.
We want you to be ready to take action if and when it becomes necessary. Stay with News 9, we'll keep you advised.
