Crews Battle Apartment Fire In SW OKC

Oklahoma City firefighters battled flames Monday afternoon at an apartment building on the southwest side of the city.

The fire broke out just after noon near at the Pine Bluff Apartments at 6050 S. Harvey, between Shields and Walker.

Crews evacuated the apartment building, and swept the structure. Everyone escaped the building safely, and no one was hurt.

Firefighters quickly put out the flames. It's not known yet what started the fire.
