Emergency crews are working to clean up power lines downed by Saturday night's storms in northwest Oklahoma City.
High winds from severe storms caused power poles to crash down onto the road in between Memorial Rd. and Penn. Ave. Saturday night. Some drivers, including a police officer, were trapped in their vehicles when power lines fell on top of them.
No injuries were reported at this time.
According to Oklahoma City police, as of 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Pennsylvania Avenue between Memorial Road and 164th Street is still shut down, due to downed power lines on the roadways.
