Police have arrested two men suspected of gunning down a man Monday night at the Wes-Chase apartment complex in northwest Oklahoma City.
Police were called just after 6:30 p.m. to the 5500 block of N.W. 23rd Street. When they arrived, they found 20-year-old shooting victim George Larkin. He was rushed to a hospital, but doctors could not save him. He died minutes after he arrived.
Police say Larkin was involved in an altercation with two suspects; 20-year-old Christopher Marlowe and 20-year-old Cory Foster. Police say during the argument, Larkin was shot. Both Marlowe and Foster fled from the scene after the shooting.
The men were found several hours later in Bethany and arrested. They've both been booked into the Oklahoma County jail on a complaint of first-degree murder.
Police are still investigating the shooting. Anyone with information should call the Homicide Tip Line at (405) 297-1200.
