Oklahoma City Police have arrested a second suspect in the shooting death of a former Edmond Memorial High School basketball player.

On Tuesday, police arrested 17-year-old Deveon McCloud on a warrant for first-degree murder and robbery. Police say the teen and his 20-year-old brother Albert McCloud walked into a room at the Lincoln Inn Express in Oklahoma City on August 14.
