I promise, spring will return. Unfortunately, we have to trudge through another cold, windy day to get there.

What's left of the rain this morning will eventually clear from west to east. Rainfall totals were highest in south-central and southeast Oklahoma, but most everyone saw something! This is just the beginning of hopefully a wet spring.

The wind, however, will stay with us throughout the entire day. A Wind Advisory is in effect until 5 p.m. for gusts up to 45 mph. The wind, combined with our afternoon highs in the 40s, will keep wind chills in the 20s and 30s this afternoon. Skies will eventually clear from west to east this afternoon and evening.

St. Patrick's Day looks GREAT with highs in the 60s and lots of sunshine! Stay inside and enjoy your Sunday!
