OKC Man Arrested For Impersonating Police Officer

An Oklahoma City man was arrested for impersonating a police officer after he reportedly tried to pull over a driver.

An Oklahoma City man was arrested for impersonating a police officer after he reportedly tried to pull over a driver.

According to police, at about 6 p.m. Tuesday, 31-year-old David Roberts tried to pull a driver over along Interstate 44 near S.W. 15th street. That driver then called 911.

Police say Roberts had police lights, scanners, and was wearing what appeared to be a uniform. Officers also found meth and several stolen credit cards in his truck.

Roberts was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on charges of impersonating a police officer and possession of CDS.
