The weekend is finally here, and the weather looks good.
Clouds will hang around this morning with more sunshine this afternoon, warming our temperature into the upper 60s and lower 70s. An east wind will breeze through today at 10 to 20 mph.
Another weak disturbance moving through this evening/overnight/tomorrow morning will bring only slight chances for isolated showers and maybe a thunderstorm. Most folks will stay dry.
High pressure builds Monday through Thursday, pushing temperatures into the upper 80s and lower 90s. A slow-moving cut-off low pressure system looks to bring some much-needed rainfall to the state for Memorial Day weekend. Next Friday, Saturday and Sunday, at this time, look wet and stormy. It's not locked in for any one of those days, but the trend favors rain at this point.
We'll be watching!
