Our slow moving rain is still back over Arizona, and will bring us several days of rain chances.
Tonight a slight chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms, but the heavy widespread rain will taper off overnight.
The weekend doesn't look like a complete washout, but isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible especially in far western Oklahoma. The severe threat is very low, but a few strong to marginally severe storms are not out of the question. Lightning, hail, and wind will be possible in some of the stronger storms.
If you are heading out to the lake this weekend, just make sure you have the News 9 weather app to keep up with any warnings.
Rain chances increase to 100 percent nearly statewide on Memorial Day on Monday as that slow moving cutoff low, moves overhead.
We have already had 3+ inches of rain in SW OK, and much more is on the way. Much of the state will see 1 to 3 inches by the time this thing winds down by midweek next week.
