'All Clear' Given, No People Found Inside Vehicle In Canadian River

Emergency crews were called to the scene of a vehicle, nearly fully submerged and flowing along the Canadian river, Thursday morning.

Crews were first called to the scene near 5201 N. Midwest Blvd.

At around 8:15 a.m. the 'All Clear' was given and rescue crews have determined that no one was inside of the vehicle.

It is still unclear how the vehicle ended up in the river in the first place.
