It has been a quiet day so far with lots of sun and seasonal temperatures.
We are still waiting on the chance of rain late Tuesday night and through Wednesday morning. We're keeping a slight chance of showers and storms in the forecast in the metro after midnight and through early afternoon Wednesday.
Better chances will stay to our north closer to the Kansas and Oklahoma border. Overnight lows will be pleasant as we drop into the upper 50s.
Once this chance of rainfall sweeps off to the east early Wednesday most of the day will be spent dry under a mix of sun and clouds. Temperatures should have no problem climbing back to the low 80s.
Skies remain very quiet through the rest of the week and the upcoming weekend with highs climbing into the mid-80s.
