After a cold and blustery day our Monday evening and overnight hours will seem less harsh. Skies become partly cloudy overnight with wind switching to the south and becoming light. Temperatures will fall to the upper teens Tuesday morning. December is definitely living up to its reputation so far.
Tuesday is looking warmer than Monday, but still cooler than normal. Highs will top out in the mid-40's with high pressure providing plenty of sunshine. Wind will stay out of the south Tuesday and Tuesday night allowing for a less brutal start to Wednesday. Lows only fall to around 30 degrees Tuesday night.
More moisture moves into the area mid-week. This may allow for areas of fog and drizzle on Wednesday and Thursday.
