The Oklahoma City Police Department said a missing 14-year-old boy has returned home Monday evening.

They requested the public’s help in locating the boy Sunday afternoon.

Police say Cedroun Gilbreath was last seen around 9 p.m. Saturday, November 19, in the 1300 block of E. Park Place. He’s described as a black male, 5’11, brown eyes, weighing about 205 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red polo, Chicago Bulls hoodie, black sweat pants and white Adidas shoes.

Police are concerned because Gilbreath suffers from a health condition requiring medication.
