Turner Turnpike crash turns deadly

Traffic has resumed on the Turner Turnpike near Wellston since the wreck took place just hours ago.

The accident caused the turnpike to shut down for about an hour.

The multiple car wreck resulted in one death and two others taken to the hospital in a helicopter.

The condition of the two people hospitalized is pending. Officials say the driver of the semi sustained minor injuries.
