Little Debbie to the rescue

Oh, how I love 24-hour bus rides! (not really)  I always get a rush whenever we stop at a gas station and race each other to be the first in line for the bathroom or toward the rapidly depleting Little Debbie delectables.

Oh, how I love 24-hour bus rides! (not really)  I always get a rush whenever we stop at a gas station and race each other to be the first in line for the bathroom or toward the rapidly depleting Little Debbie delectables. Last night one of the passengers on my bus wore a head lamp for reading which had the illuminating intensity of a lighthouse beacon.  I kept waking up to a blinding flash of light.  I thought we were being abducted by aliens or something every time he lifted his head.

We awoke to a crisp, cold morning in New Mexico.  After stopping at a truck stop to brush our teeth and clean up a little, we made our way toward Tucson, Ariz., for lunch.  I'm sure we all looked just lovely in our pajama pants, messy hair, and unwashed faces.  But hey, that's all part of the experience.  We are on the road again right now headed toward our hotel in Scottsdale.  Boomer Sooner!
