A man who posed as an Army official after the I-40 bridge collapse is ruled mentally fit to face probation revocation hearings.

William Clark has been on probation since he was convicted for posing as an Army captain after the Webber Falls bridge collapsed in 2002 that killed 14 people.

Clark is accused of violating his parole when he allegedly called the Russian embassy last October claiming to be part of a plot to assassinate Russian President Vladimir Putin.
