Whiskers, looks and record books

Marlow public schools officials hope to break some records while encouraging children to read by adding some whiskers to Read Across America Day.

Apparently you're allowed to use eyeliner in places other than your eyes.  And apparently using eyeliner on your face can help encourage more children to read.

Marlow schools hope to jam close to 1,600 people inside the high school gym a week from Monday in an effort to celebrate Read Across America Day. The goal is to encourage children everywhere to read.

And Marlow school officials aren't hoping to set a reading record for the day, but a cat-whiskers record as well.
