ONG, Cox to raise prices

Oklahoma Natural Gas and Cox Cable customers may notice an increase on their next bill.

ONG has added an 89 cent charge to residential customers' utility bills to pay for repairs and upkeep.

ONG officials said the money will go towards more than $7.5 million in costs already spent for gas lines, meters and other equipment.

Cox cable viewers will have to pay $2 more for expanded basic cable beginning next month. The expanded package includes 77 local and cable channels.

Cox has more than half a million customers in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas.
