OSBI search for witness in weekend killing

Oklahoma Burea of Investigation officials are looking for a man they believe witnessed the death of 35-year old Jose Sabas.

Sabas was shot and killed inside a trailer home near Wewoka early Sunday morning, officials said.  Jose "JoJo" Fransico Tores, 23, is believed to have been in the trailer when Sabas died, investigators said.

Tores could be on his way to Texas or Arkansas. He is a Mexican male, 5'4" tall and weighs about 130 pounds, authorities said.  His hair style was described as short on the top, shaved on the sides and with a tail in the back.
