Free gym helps save gym-goers money

In the heart of Bethany the welcome mat is open at the Cube. 

A 46,000-square foot facility that Council Road Baptist Church uses to  reach out to the community, the Cube has people ready to exercise every morning -- for free.  

"In the morning time, basically before 11, has become a big time for seniors and adults. They come and walk and we have wifi here," said Chris Wall with the Cube. "We offer classes three days a week."  

The Cube has two full basketball courts, a walking track aerobics and karate are even taught here theres volleyball and weights and other great workout equipment.

"After 1 (p.m.) in the afternoon it's incredible. We have about 75 to 100 guys in here playing ball and people are working out all day," Wall said. "They never stop."
