The District will celebrate a big birthday on Wednesday. Courtney Gutekunst visited the NEWS 9 studio to explain more about the bash.

Police told News On 6 that they do have a man in custody but have not yet released his name or booking report. Tulsa Police said someone called them around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday after they saw someone kicking over headstones at Oaklawn.
