Finding a missing child is becoming high-tech in Oklahoma.

Lamar Outdoor Advertising tested out a new program which will display Amber Alerts on their digital billboards. The system will notify motorists of a missing child along with information to help locate him or her.

"We're going to use our digital technology to help aide with law enforcement and safety adminstrations regarding getting the message out with Amber Alerts," Bill Condon, the general manager and vice president for Lamar.

Lamar has 800 digital billboards nationwide, 16 of which are in the Oklahoma City area.
