Mother arrested in daughter's death

OKLAHOMA CITY- A mother was charged with first degree murder in the death of her two-year-old daughter after allegedly permitting child abuse.

Elizabeth Nicole Guerrero's daughter, Lilianna Rodriguez, died in a hospital July 20, due to injuries she sustained from child abuse police said.

Her step-father, Herman Marzelo Vail Bailon was arrested on abuse charges, but was later charged with first degree murder following Lillianna's death.

Guerrero's other two children were placed in protective custody.
