Operation Boot Camp, Month 2 - Day 4
Today's workout was called "Please Sir May I Have Another." It sounds like it should have been brutal, but it wasn't. We separated into two groups. Group one had to run sprints between cones while group two used weighted bars to do overhead presses and squats. After one minute the groups would switch. We did that a few times and then went on a short run. Then we repeated the process over again. All in all it wasn't an extremely hard workout, but we were all sweating more than usual. It must have been the humidity. The air was so thick it was a little hard to breathe!
I think I've mentioned in other blogs how much the workouts have boosted my energy. As I wright this it's been nine hours since the workout ended, and I'm still as energetic as when I left!
