OKLAHOMA CITY - Two men were rescued after their catamaran overturned on Lake Hefner Friday afternoon.
The men were separated when the wind blew over the boat. One man stayed with the boat and the other had to be rescued by police.
Fire officials said they were wearing life vests.
"Thank God I was able to get to one of those boys and hang on for dear life until the guys got here," said Eric Overbay, who was rescued from the lake.
Emergency crews took Overbay to the hospital with a shoulder injury. The other man on the boat was not injured.
