CARTER COUNTY, Okla. -- The Carter County District Attorney will not file criminal charges against a former Ardmore wrestling coach, who backed over a toddler.

Heath Clayburn was leaving a swimming party in June when he backed over 19-month-old Raymond Palmee.

The District Attorney's office said tests proved Clayburn was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Officials said the death was a tragic accident.
