Overnight shooting injures man

OKLAHOMA CITY - A man was shot in the posterior after a domestic dispute early Sunday morning, police said.

Police said the incident started at the Park Place Apartments on NE 28 at about 3 a.m.

Officials said a man jumped in the back of a truck that another man and woman were in as he broke rear window and began grabbing at the couple.

"The driver of the truck was in fear for his life, felt as though he was in danger. He drew his gun and started shooting out the back window at the suspect," Lt. Jim Miller of the OKC Police Department said.

The suspect was hit in the posterior, but his condition has not been released.

Police are investigating the incident.
